XODIAK / Tokenization

Tokenization

24 asset classes, each backed by an attested reserve, each able to settle its own income.

A token is only worth the attestation behind it.

Most tokenization stops at issuance. Something is declared to exist, a supply is minted, and the link back to the physical thing is a claim in a document.

On XODIAK the reserve is the consensus input. A validator's authority to propose blocks is weighted by verified real-world reserve value, not by how much of the token it holds. An asset whose attestation has expired stops carrying weight.

  • Registration captures the asset, its custodian and its valuation basis
  • Vault attestation is checked at consensus time, with an expiry
  • Reserve ratio below 1.0 removes proposer eligibility
  • Income from the asset settles through the same waterfall engine
